Marmeren met Nagellak

Iridescent Background

Supplies needed:

	Container (I used a plastic shoe box)
	Dark matte cardstock
	clear fingernail polish

Instructions:

Fill the container 2-3" deep with warm water.
Place cardstock into water, holding it down with plastic knife/fork, or chopsticks work well too.
Drop one drop of fingernail polish onto the surface of the water.
In a couple of seconds, the fingernail polish will spread into a rainbow pattern. lift the card up to the surface, making sure to catch the pattern onto the piece of cardstock.
Let the cardstock air dry. Don't use an iron because it may change the color of the pattern.
You can place the piece of cardstock under a heavy book to flatten out.
Now, you can stamp onto the cardstock, emboss, or just use it as a background.
